You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

At The Student Wellness Co., we provide prevention-focused emotional wellness support for children, teens, young adults, and families who want tools and guidance before stress or emotional challenges escalate.

Our work focuses on building emotional awareness, regulation, communication, and coping skills that can be used in real-world, everyday situations — at home, at school, and in the community. Sessions are practical, supportive, and short-term, with an emphasis on helping people feel more confident managing emotions and challenges independently.

We believe emotional wellness works best when families and support systems are involved, which is why our approach includes collaboration, clear guidance, and tools that extend beyond the session.

If you’re feeling unsure where to start, we’re here to help you find a clear, supportive path forward.

I provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults, with a focus on prevention-focused emotional wellness and practical skill-building. My work centers on helping individuals understand their emotions, strengthen coping strategies, and build emotional awareness in ways that feel supportive, approachable, and usable in everyday life.

In addition to individual therapy, I collaborate with caregivers, educators, and community partners to help extend progress beyond the therapy room. This may include consultation, guidance, and coordination that supports emotional skill use in real-world settings such as homes, classrooms, programs, and community spaces. When appropriate, I work alongside trusted adults to reinforce strategies, strengthen communication, and support continuity of care.

My approach emphasizes short-term, goal-directed support paired with practical tools that can be applied during sessions and carried forward after services conclude. Whether working one-on-one or in collaboration with families and communities, my goal is to help individuals feel supported while building skills that promote long-term emotional wellness.

If you’re wondering whether this support may be helpful or want to talk things through before committing, you’re welcome to schedule a free consultation so we can connect and explore options together.
